The Orchard Platform

See the work.
Keep the fix.

Orchard maps the work on your computers and your clients’, reads your tickets and gives Isaac what it needs to line up the fix. When a fix holds, you keep it as a playbook anyone on the team can run.

The answers already live
in two places.

Your tickets say what broke. The computers show what people actually did about it. Orchard puts the two side by side.

On every computer

A small app on each Windows or Mac computer maps the work as it happens: which app, which step, what came next. It never captures passwords.

In your PSA

Connect ConnectWise and Isaac reads each new ticket, finds the computer behind it and checks it read-only.

Across your clients

Each client is its own group, with its own computers, its own limits and its own reports.

See a recorded task: Northwind’s month-end report

Nine steps from Excel to Outlook, ready to turn into a playbook.

“Outlook keeps asking
for my password.”

The ticket every help desk has closed a dozen times, and the fix one of your techs has down cold.

Read it. Check it.
Fix it. Keep it.

  1. 01 · Read

    The ticket comes in.

Dana at Northwind Dental opens #48213. Isaac reads it and finds her laptop, NW-LT-044, where she signs in.

  2. 02 · Check

    Isaac looks before it touches.

Four read-only checks: the passwords Windows has saved, her sign-in events, the laptop’s Entra join and when Outlook started. Outlook is still trying the old password.

  3. 03 · Line up

Priya’s fix, not the textbook one.

Isaac looks at how 27 of these tickets were closed and finds the one fix that never came back: Priya’s, one of your techs. She clears the old password, then adds the shared mailbox back.

  4. 04 · Approve

    A tech says yes.

Nothing changes on Dana’s laptop until a tech approves. Then the fix runs, both mailboxes sync and the ticket gets its note.

Every step lands on the record: who approved it, what changed and whether it can be undone.

Meet Isaac

Keep the fix.
Run it again.

When a fix works, keep it. Orchard turns the steps your team took into a playbook the help desk can run for any client, with the approvals you set.

  • 01
A playbookBuilt from what your team actually did, step by step, with a sign-off where you want one.
  • 02
A procedureThe same steps written down for the next person who needs them.
  • 03
A record of every runWhat happened, the result and who said yes.

Your best tech stops being the only one who gets the call.

Inside your MSP.
Across your clients.

For your techs

Fewer tickets they’ve fixed before.

Repeat tickets show up with the checks done and the fix lined up. A tech approves, or takes over, instead of starting from zero.

For your clients

A QBR with real numbers.

Show a client where their week goes, which fixes give hours back and what each one would take. Each fix is a project you can scope.

Orchard for MSPs

You set the limits.
Orchard keeps the record.

What Orchard may do on its own is a setting you control, for the whole workspace and for each client.

What runs without a yes?

Out of the box, nothing that changes a computer. Isaac can look, check and report. You can loosen that for the workspace and hold any client stricter. Changes that can’t be undone wait for a person whatever the limit says, and that switch is on from day one.

What if someone is using the computer?

Isaac waits. A step on a computer someone is using holds until a person says go.

Can a change go out to every computer at once?

Isaac offers to try it on one first, so you see the result before the rest. You can still send it to all of them at once.

What does Orchard capture?

The desktop app maps which app, which button and what came next. No keystroke logging, no screen recording, no passwords. You choose which computers it’s on and what it leaves out. When Isaac is working a job on a computer, it can look at the screen for that job.

What’s on the record?

Every change by a playbook, a person or Isaac, with who approved it and whether it can be undone. Undo what can be undone from the same list.

Bring one ticket.
Watch it go end to end.

We’ll run a ticket like yours through Orchard: the checks, the fix, the approval and the record.
